Megan Fox (born Megan Fox) is an American model, actor and singer. When she was just five, Megan Fox began enrolling in classes for dance and theater. The actress won Teen Choice Awards in the Choice Female Hottie category and Choice Movie Actress: horror/Thriller categories for her performance in Jennifer's Body.
